On October 22, Dower took part in a session in Ponta Delgada, Azores, dedicated to pay transparency, a topic of growing importance in the context of people management and organisations’ compliance with the latest legal requirements.
Throughout the session, participants explored issues related to the analysis of remuneration structures, the identification of potential pay gaps, and the importance of adopting mechanisms that strengthen trust, fairness, and transparency within organisations. The event also featured the presentation of IGUALA, a platform developed to support organisations in monitoring and promoting pay equality, demonstrating how technology can serve as a valuable ally in implementing more transparent practices aligned with current regulatory demands.
