Filipe Marques de Carvalho joined Dower Law Firm in 2026, where he primarily advises on matters relating to Administrative Law, Public Law, Urban Planning and Public Procurement.
He holds a Law Degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Law, specialising in Legal and Administrative Sciences, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto.
He completed a Postgraduate Programme in Public Procurement Law at the Portuguese Catholic University, School of Law, in 2010.
He also completed a Postgraduate Programme in Public Employment Law, organised by CEDIPRE – Centre for Studies in Public Law and Regulation, at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
He completed a Specialisation Course in Sports Law at IDET – Institute of Business and Labour Law, Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
Since 2013, he has been a Higher Education Lecturer in the field of Legal and Administrative Sciences at the School of Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave (IPCA), where he teaches the courses Administrative Law I, Administrative Law II, and Administrative Law and Procedure.
He is also an Arbitrator at the Administrative Arbitration Centre (CAAD), specialising in Administrative Arbitration.
