Caio Cardoso de Mello joined Dower Law Firm in 2025, working primarily in the field of Labour Law.
He holds a Law degree from the University of Porto, where he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business and Corporate Law.
He also serves as a Guest Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto, where he teaches practical classes in the courses of General Theory of Civil Law and Labour Law.
During his undergraduate studies, he was a member of the junior enterprise Iuris FDUP Junior, where he worked within the Legal Department.
He has also attended several complementary training programs, notably the 3rd edition of the Jean Monnet module “A Digital Europe for Citizens,” which, through a multidisciplinary approach, examined the impact of digital technologies across different branches of law and the corresponding regulatory developments.
