Ana Filipa Urbano joined Dower Law Firm in 2024, practicing mainly in the areas of Administrative Law, Public Law, and Public Procurement.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Administrative Law, both obtained from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon.
Has a Postgraduate degree in Public Procurement Law from CEDIPRE – University of Coimbra, and in Public Accounting from ISCAP.
Ana Filipa Urbano is an active participant in the Social Entrepreneurship Program at IES Social Business School.
In the context of teaching, she has served as a guest lecturer at ISCTE – Executive Education and is currently a lecturer at CBS | Coimbra Business School. She delivers various training programs in Public Law for both public and private entities.
Additionally, she is the President of the Human Rights Observatory.
