Journey
Susana Rios de Oliveira joined Dower Law Firm in 2025, bringing with her 25 years of legal practice in the areas of Employment, Corporate, and Civil Law.
She holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, Porto Regional Centre.
She completed a Postgraduate degree in Business Law Sciences at the Portuguese Catholic University, Faculty of Law, Porto School.
She also holds a specialization (postgraduate) in Administrative and Tax Justice from the University of Coimbra – Centre for Public Law and Regulation Studies.
In addition, she is a Specialist Professor in Law at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto.
In academia, she works as an Adjunct Guest Professor within the Lusófona Group, currently teaching at the Polytechnic Institute of Management and Technology (ISLA) in the areas of Civil Law, Corporate Law, Employment Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and IT Legislation.
She collaborates with several associations, namely the Chamber of Solicitors, business and professional associations, and has been a Member of the Porto Commercial Association for over 20 years.
