Pedro Neves de Sousa is a Founding Partner of Dower Law Firm.
He holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.
He completed a postgraduate program in Local Government Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto.
He holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Law from the School of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University – Porto.
He completed an internship at the European Parliament and served as an advisor to the Civil Governor of Porto.
He has collaborated with various higher education institutions in undergraduate, postgraduate, and master’s programs, and is a trainer in the field of public procurement.
He is listed as an arbitrator at the Centre for Administrative Arbitration (CAAD).
He served as a member of the Porto Regional Council of the Portuguese Bar Association, where he held the position of President of the Traineeship Centre, having previously been a trainer in Administrative Procedural Practices.
Member of the Portuguese Parliament in the XVI legislature.
