Cláudia de Azevedo Neves has been a Lawyer at Dower Law Firm since February 2025, where she works primarily in the area of Labour Law.
During her traineeship at Dower Law Firm, she also practised in the field of Labour Law.
She holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto.
She obtained a Master’s degree in Law, specialising in Labour Law, from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University – Porto School.
During her academic career, she completed a summer internship at AdC Advogados – Alves da Cunha e Associados in 2022, and a summer internship at Dower Law Firm in 2023.
While pursuing her studies, she was a member, Project Department Coordinator, and First Secretary of the Supervisory Board of Iuris FDUP Junior, the junior enterprise of the Faculty of Law of the University of Porto.
Also during her academic path, she was involved in volunteer activities, including participation in the VO.U Crescer project and in the University of Porto Mentoring Programme.
In addition, she attended:
- The Seminar on Parenthood and Work–Life Balance: Labour Challenges, organised by the Portuguese Association of Labour Law;
- The Course on Occupational Accidents, organised by the Portuguese Association of Labour Law;
- The Short Course in Sports Labour Law, delivered by the School of Law of the University of Minho, under the scientific coordination of JusGov.
She is a Young Scholar of the Portuguese Association of Labour Law (APODIT).
