Ricardo Torres is a Trainee Lawyer at Dower Law Firm, where he mainly focuses on the areas of Labour Law, Compliance, and Data Protection.
He holds a Law degree from the School of Law of the University of Minho and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Transnational Business Law and Digital Technologies, developed in partnership with the University of Santiago de Compostela.
During his academic path, he completed a curricular internship at YBOM – Yolanda Busse, Oehen Mendes & Associados, as well as summer internships at Dower Law Firm and at the Judicial Court of the District of Braga.
In addition, he attended several courses, among which stand out the Negotiation Course (ELSA Portugal & Morais Leitão), the Short Course on Artificial Intelligence (AEDUM), the Short Course on Civil Procedural Practices (ELSA Uminho), and the WIPO Online Mediation and Arbitration Workshop.
He is also a volunteer in the “Democracy in Schools” project, a subproject of Os 230.
