RGPC: Corruption Prevention and the Lobbying Law

RGPC: Corruption Prevention and the Lobbying Law

With the entry into force of Law No. 5-A/2026 within 180 days, it becomes essential for public entities to begin preparing and adapting their processes, reporting mechanisms, internal governance models, and institutional practices.

To support public entities and also inform private entities about their new rights and obligations, Dower is organizing the webinar “RGPC: Corruption Prevention and the Lobbying Law”, which will take place on 25 March 2026, from 09:00 to 10:30.

During this session, Carlos José Batalhão and Ana Filipa Urbano, partners at Dower Law Firm, together with Filipa Ribeiro Gonçalves, associate, will address key topics such as the general framework of the RGPC, corruption prevention within the scope of the Public Contracts Code (CCP), and the Lobbying Law, from a practical perspective focused on helping organizations prepare for current and future requirements.

🌐 The event will take place exclusively online.
