The acquisition of Quitérios represents an important step in consolidating its leadership and expanding its range of solutions in the Portuguese market.

The Dower Law Firm team responsible for providing legal advice to the sellers was composed of lawyers Eduardo Castro Marques, Cláudia Rodrigues Carvalho, Manuel César Machado, and Francisco Duarte Rodrigues. The CFA team responsible for providing financial advisory services to the sellers was composed of consultants Sérgio Marques, Tito Silva, and João Coimbra.
