Dower Law Firm advised the Greengray Group on two investment transactions with the Juno Fund

Dower Law Firm advised Greengray Group on the completion of two investment transactions with the Juno Fund, which was represented by PLMJ.

Greengray Group completed two investment transactions with the Juno Fund – a Closed-End Venture Capital Fund managed by Oxy Capital – with an aggregate value of 15 million euros. Dower Law Firm advised Greengray Group, while PLMJ represented the Juno Fund.

“The investments now carried out, materialized through the issuance of convertible bonds, will strengthen the group’s financial capacity to support its international growth plan and also foster the development of innovation and research projects,” said Dower in a statement.

The Dower Law Firm team involved in this transaction was composed of lawyers Eduardo Castro Marques, Cláudia Rodrigues Carvalho, and Manuel César Machado.
